This traditional formula is used to soften and waterproof leather.
This product is ideal for use on rougher or harder style leathers.
Directions for use:
- Prep the Product: For the best results, warm up or melt a small amount of Dubbin in a small container. This makes the wax more pliable and easier for the leather pores to drink up.
- Apply: Apply and rub into the leather vigorously, using circular motions with a clean cloth. Pay extra attention to the seams, as these are common entry points for water.
- Buff: Once the entire area has been treated and the product has been absorbed, buff any excess off with a cloth or a fine, soft-bristle brush.
- Dry: Allow the leather to rest in a cool, dry place. Avoid placing it near a heater, as direct heat can cause the leather to become brittle.
